Hospitality Website in Laos: Lime Lounge
A bar platform staff run themselves: interactive menu, events system, gallery, live reviews and a multi-currency accounting module
Live · Built by Julien Mayer / SabaïDev
Context
An upscale cocktail bar in Vang Vieng, with a menu that changes, events that repeat, and no technical staff.
The problem
Hospitality websites go stale in about six weeks. The menu changes, the events pass, nobody can edit the page, and the site quietly becomes wrong - which is worse than not having one.
The system
🎨 Public site
- Mobile-first responsive design
- Dynamic menu with categories and happy-hour pricing
- Events calendar handling recurring and one-off nights
- Gallery with featured photos
- Live Google Reviews and social feed
- Local-search landing pages
🔐 Admin dashboard
- Full menu management: items, categories, pricing
- Event creation and scheduling
- Photo upload with featured selection
- Page content editing, live immediately
📊 Accounting module
- Multi-currency transaction management
- Capital management and debt tracking
- P&L reports, cash-flow analysis, projections
- Audit logs for full traceability
Execution
The design constraint was that a non-technical person had to be able to run it. Everything editable is reachable in two clicks, and nothing requires understanding what a CMS is.
Architecture
Frontend: React 19 and TypeScript, Tailwind 4, Vite Backend: Supabase on PostgreSQL, JWT with row-level security Deploy: Docker, Traefik, Nginx, Let's Encrypt
Where it stands
Live. Staff run the content and the accounts themselves.
