SabaïDev - Selected work
Mobile applications and production platforms designed, built and run by SabaïDev (Julien Mayer) from Vientiane, Laos - for real-estate, hospitality, tourism and mobility businesses, in English, Thai and Lao.
Projects
- LaoDee: Our first mobile app: discover places in Laos, open detailed place pages, save favourites, plan your day and find your way on the map.
- Orbit: Multiple personal and business WhatsApp accounts in one native Mac app, with cached conversation search and a local MCP server for compatible assistants.
- AgentsPay: A USDC wallet an AI agent cannot drain: per-call and daily spend caps enforced before anything is signed, shipped as an MCP server, SDK and CLI, settling on Solana in about two seconds
- Vekta Nokta: A 16-track MIDI performance polymeter you play rather than configure, written in C++ against a hard real-time contract, shipping as VST3, AU and standalone
- QR POP!: Styled QR codes that nobody can switch off later: custom colours, corner styles and a logo, generated entirely in the browser, with no account and no expiry
- Opero: Front of house and back office for a restaurant in one system: orders and cashier, menu and food cost, purchases, inventory counts and waste, staff and suppliers - under a dashboard that leads with break-even and net margin, and syncs with a Loyverse till that is already in place
- Prime Mekong Estate: A property platform and an AI back-office, authored natively in five languages: multilingual showcase, due-diligence drafting, listings, journal and lead management
- Terra Lao: Tour booking, GPS trail maps, equipment rentals, a private AI assistant, and a 20-screen operator back-office with accounting · Terra Lao case study
- Kayo Moto: The official Kayo dealer storefront in Laos: the Alkaid eC2i electric off-road motorcycle, launch offer, full specs, colour picker and WhatsApp ordering - trilingual, run by Terra Lao Adventure in Vang Vieng
- Lime Lounge: A bar platform staff run themselves: interactive menu, events system, gallery, live reviews and a multi-currency accounting module · Lime Lounge case study
- Salika: A book-inspired scroll-driven site for a tattoo studio: ink applied by scrolling, twenty pieces catalogued like museum objects, bilingual EN / Lao, with a paper-and-plate art-book aesthetic
- LaoVisaServices: A bilingual, scroll-driven website for administrative assistance in Vientiane: working visas, work permit renewals and driving licence conversions, with clear service selection and a step-by-step journey.
